John Ten Hope

Arizona has been home for more than 30 years. After moving from Upstate New York to attend Northern Arizona University, I graduated from NAU’s School of Journalism and Public Relations and eventually settled in the Phoenix and Ahwatukee area, where I have built my career, raised my family, and remained active in the community. My approach to real estate is centered on listening, understanding, and building strong relationships. Whether helping a client buy, sell, or invest, my goal is to understand what matters most to them and provide the guidance and information needed to make confident decisions. For sellers, that means developing a clear strategy around pricing, market conditions, and marketing to achieve the strongest possible result with the least amount of stress. For buyers, I focus on helping clients understand the complete picture of homeownership, including purchase costs, taxes, insurance, maintenance, and the long-term value of real estate as part of their financial future. Outside of real estate, I am a proud father of two daughters who both serve the Phoenix community through careers in healthcare and education. I am also an active member of Mountain Park Church in Ahwatukee and enjoy volunteering with organizations throughout the Valley, including St. Mary’s Food Bank, Feed My Starving Children, Cloud Covered Streets, and Hope for the Homeless. I am grateful for every opportunity to help my clients, their families, and their friends with their real estate needs. My goal is simple: provide an exceptional experience through compassion, dedication, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.
